About AI Training and Expert Evaluation
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People with specialized expertise create examples, review model outputs, and develop evaluation standards that help AI systems produce more accurate and useful results.
In this project, your clinical judgment will help improve how AI evaluates drugs and drug-development programs, including whether clinical evidence is likely to influence prescribing and real-world adoption.
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a disease-area clinician to create and critique rubrics for expert human evaluation of commercial drugs and drug-development programs. You will apply deep therapeutic-area knowledge during a short biotech and pharmaceutical AI training pilot.
The work focuses on interpreting clinical trial endpoints, assessing their potential effect on prescribing behavior, and evaluating the likely real-world uptake of drugs and development programs in your specialty.
