The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Disease-Area Clinician and Drug Development Rubric Clinician for a paid expert human-evaluation pilot. You will collaborate with a biotech and pharma research team to create and critique rubrics for evaluating commercial drugs and drug-development programs.

The work focuses on interpreting clinical trial endpoints, determining whether results would change prescribing decisions, and assessing real-world uptake implications within your therapeutic area. The pilot covers a set of drugs and development programs and may scale into recurring work for strong contributors.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

This role requires an actively practicing US-based physician with prescribing authority and deep expertise in a specific therapeutic area. Candidates should bring direct clinical judgment as well as familiarity with the way biotech and pharmaceutical development programs generate and use evidence.
