About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Danish audio transcription role supporting the development of advanced AI systems. You will transform spoken Danish audio into accurate, well-structured transcription data, apply annotation guidelines, and help improve the quality and consistency of speech datasets used in AI training. The work combines careful language judgment with quality review and workflow-based data preparation.

What you will do
You will transcribe Danish audio files with accuracy and attention to linguistic nuance, annotate and label speech data according to detailed project standards, and evaluate completed transcriptions for errors, consistency, and completeness. You will also process, correct, and enhance audio datasets using AI workflow tools, review and refine annotation schemas as project requirements evolve, and provide constructive feedback that improves transcription processes and dataset quality.

Required skills
You should have native-level Danish proficiency and excellent listening comprehension, along with professional or research experience transcribing and annotating Danish audio. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions and changing quality standards, and clear organization and communication for remote collaborative work are required.

Helpful background
Familiarity with audio data collection protocols, transcription tools, or audio-processing platforms is helpful. Knowledge of AI workflows or previous participation in machine-learning data training is also beneficial but not required.
