About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Czech AI Safety Evaluation Expert to help assess and strengthen how advanced AI models respond to sensitive topics in Czech. You will combine Czech language fluency, cultural judgment, and structured evaluation to produce prompts, review model-related conversations, and identify safety concerns. This role is suited to a careful bilingual contributor who can make consistent decisions about adversarial or dual-use content.

What you will do
Write expert-level prompts in Czech across sensitive subject areas. Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns. Record clear reasoning behind evaluation decisions. Apply language and cultural judgment to improve the safety of AI model behavior.

Required skills
Native or near-native fluency in Czech. Business-level written English. Strong written reasoning and attention to detail. Sound judgment when working with sensitive and dual-use information. A bachelor's degree completed or in progress. No prior AI or machine learning experience is required.

Helpful background
Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content is helpful. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing can also support success in this work. Contributors with familiarity with Czech or wider Eastern European cultural context may find that background relevant, while applicants elsewhere are welcome.
