The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a CUA Data Annotation Quality Analyst to support a Computer-Using Agent data annotation initiative. You will use your knowledge of annotation workflows and quality assurance to review labeled data, train and mentor annotators, enforce project standards, and improve operational processes.

What You'll Do
You will help maintain reliable annotation quality while supporting annotators through onboarding, calibration, feedback, and continuous learning. You will also partner with QA leads and project managers to address unclear cases and strengthen the workflow.
- Review annotated data through periodic evaluations for adherence to project standards, quality metrics, and SLAs.
- Provide actionable feedback to annotators and manage calibration exercises and pilot runs.
- Train, mentor, and onboard data annotators on CUA guidelines, workflows, and learning programs.
- Create and maintain training materials, annotation guidelines, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend workflow enhancements.
- Resolve edge cases and rubric ambiguities with QA leads and project managers.
Requirements
Successful candidates should be comfortable working with detailed procedures, reviewing annotation decisions carefully, and communicating precise guidance in writing. The role requires direct experience with Computer-Using Agent projects, data labeling initiatives, and annotation team training or mentoring.
- Proven experience working on Computer-Using Agent projects.
- Strong understanding of data annotation workflows, quality metrics, and human-in-the-loop AI operations.
- Experience training or mentoring data annotation teams.
- Ability to follow and enforce detailed annotation guidelines and SOPs.
- Ability to follow step-by-step documentation and navigate complex software applications.
- Excellent written communication for SOP and guideline drafting.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is helpful.
