About AI Evaluation Work
AI evaluation is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. Specialists create realistic examples, review model or agent behavior, and explain which responses reflect sound professional judgment. Your creator marketing expertise will help distinguish strong campaign decisions from answers that only appear plausible.
Shape how AI agents handle real-world marketing decisions
Use professional judgment to evaluate outputs and tradeoffs
Contribute to cutting-edge AI training work remotely
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Creator and Influencer AI Evaluation Expert to design and pressure-test simulated work environments for evaluating and improving AI agents. You will build realistic briefs, artifacts, dashboards, personas, and tool states, then define the judgment calls and planted problems that separate strong marketing work from incorrect work.
The role covers creator discovery and evaluation, influencer program decisions, seeding and campaign execution, paid amplification, usage rights, disclosure judgment, and share-of-voice contribution.
Create realistic creator and influencer marketing scenarios
Define the decisions and tradeoffs a strong practitioner should make
Evaluate AI agent attempts against creator marketing standards
What You'll Do
You will translate hands-on creator program experience into structured AI evaluation tasks. The work may involve messy or conflicting data, multi-tool workflows, execution planning, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, and reporting.
Design task briefs that identify the issue being tested and the correct practitioner decision
Specify realistic documents, dashboards, personas, and marketing tool states
Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria
Distinguish strong responses from plausible but incorrect responses
Review AI agent attempts against professional marketing standards
Assess tradeoffs across creator discovery, selection, negotiation, measurement, and execution
Evaluate usage rights, disclosure decisions, paid amplification, and share-of-voice contribution
Handle QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, and reporting
Required Qualifications
This role requires practical experience running creator or influencer programs and the ability to explain marketing decisions clearly. The work is listed at an entry level, but applicants must bring the hands-on experience described below.
Hands-on creator or influencer program management
Experience with creator selection, negotiation, and measurement
