The Role
As a Creative and Design AI Training Specialist, you will evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs using your experience with professional creative workflows. You will complete structured tasks, document observations, and provide annotations, feedback, and quality ratings according to project criteria.
The role is suited to intermediate-level creative professionals with at least two years of practical experience and verified paid human-data experience for AI training.

What You'll Do
You will assess the accuracy, usability, and realism of AI-generated creative outputs while referencing professional standards and workflows. Your observations and improvement suggestions will help identify where AI-generated work succeeds and where it needs refinement.
Complete structured tasks involving creative applications and media workflows.
Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings.
Document observations and improvement suggestions about creative processes and tool usage.
Submit deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
Maintain the quality benchmarks established for the project.
Required Qualifications
Professional creative experience is the core qualification for this role. No formal degree is required, but you must demonstrate substantial practical experience and verified paid experience performing human-data work for AI training.
At least two years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio and sound work.
Proficiency with creative applications relevant to your expertise.
Verified paid human-data experience in data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above.
A dependable internet connection.
Readiness to begin participating promptly.
Creative Tools And Helpful Experience
Relevant experience may include work with Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, or Milanote. Experience with comparable creative tools is also welcome.
