  • Contribute practical expertise to cutting-edge AI development
  • Complete focused, self-contained exercises
  • Produce work that is reviewed through rubric-based evaluation

The Role

What You'll Do

You will complete self-contained treasury exercises and explain your analytical conclusions clearly. Your work will cover forecasting, risk management, hedging, liquidity, working capital, policies, and covenant analysis.

  • Build rolling 13-week direct cash forecasts covering receipts and disbursements
  • Prepare variance explanations for cash forecasts
  • Identify and net foreign exchange exposures
  • Assess fixed-rate and floating-rate risk
  • Design policy-aligned hedges
  • Prepare hedge designation documentation
  • Perform periodic hedge effectiveness testing

  • Analyze leverage and covenant headroom
  • Draft or refresh treasury policies addressing liquidity, FX, counterparties, and investments
  • Produce cash forecast, hedge recommendation, and covenant headroom deliverables from mock files

Requirements

This opportunity requires substantial operating-company corporate treasury experience, even though the structured listing identifies the project as entry level. Candidates should be able to apply corporate treasury policies, perform hands-on analysis, and communicate conclusions clearly.

  • At least four years of corporate treasury experience at an operating company
  • Hands-on experience with cash forecasting, hedging, or bank and liquidity management
  • Ability to build 13-week cash forecasts
  • Knowledge of FX exposure management
  • Knowledge of hedge documentation
