What You'll Do
You will contribute careful legal review and practical business-law judgment to AI training tasks. Assignments may involve evaluating source documents, creating or reviewing legal text, and providing precise feedback that reflects applicable US legal principles and professional best practices.
Evaluate and analyze corporate, commercial, and M&A documents for accuracy, enforceability, and compliance with US law
Draft, review, and provide feedback on contracts, policies, and agreements reflecting corporate-law best practices
Identify and summarize legal issues, trends, and risk areas in business transactions and contract negotiations
Contribute real-world legal scenarios, case studies, and document samples to AI training datasets
Deliver precise written and verbal insights with a nuanced understanding of legal language and practical applications
Translate complex legal concepts into clear explanations for diverse audiences
Requirements
Applicants must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate, business, or transactional law and the ability to work independently while following project guidelines consistently.
