What You'll Do

You will analyze legal issues, apply relevant laws and principles, identify risks, and assess the accuracy and usefulness of legal responses. You will refine outputs for clarity, practical application, and expert-level reliability.

The listed project experience level is entry level, but the role itself requires substantial professional legal practice and specialized commercial contract expertise.

A JD, active bar admission, or equivalent regional legal qualification and professional license is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is also accepted.

  • Approximately 5-15 years of legal practice experience
  • Advanced commercial contract drafting, review, negotiation, and revision experience
