Requirements

Juris Doctor degree with active or lapsed bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction
4+ years of practice experience focused on contracts, compliance, transactions, or other document-heavy legal work
Expertise in contract drafting, review, and risk assessment
Exceptional written communication and ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyer audiences
Fluency in English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed project instructions and apply rubrics consistently
Commitment to confidentiality and managing conflicts of interest
