The work

You will support AI training and evaluation through simulated technology contract negotiations. Your legal judgment will help AI systems identify contract risks and interpret legal language more accurately.

  • Perform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises for technology contracts.
  • Review AI-generated responses to contract scenarios for accuracy, risk analysis, and legal judgment.
  • Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related model performance.
  • Give clear, actionable feedback to improve AI outputs and contract-review workflows.
  • Help refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven legal review.
  • Work with product and research teams on legal AI evaluation projects.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role focused on technology transaction contract review. English is required, and the role is available in the countries listed in the application.

  • Pay: $85 to $105 per hour.
  • Time: Less than 20 hours per week.
  • Work arrangement: Remote, part-time contract work.
  • Language: English.
  • Experience: At least three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
  • Contract experience: Negotiating master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and data processing agreements.
  • Core skills: Contract drafting, review, negotiation, redlining, careful written communication, and strong analytical judgment.
  • You must be able to turn legal expertise into clear feedback for AI systems and work with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Helpful background: Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives; corporate law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions or private-equity fund formation.
