Contract Redlining Attorney

You will support AI training and evaluation through simulated technology contract workflows. The work combines practical contract judgment with reviewing and improving AI-generated legal analysis.

You will work with product and research teams on legal AI evaluation. Your feedback will help improve model outputs, evaluation guidance, and contract-review workflows.

• Perform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises for technology contracts.
• Review AI-generated responses to contract scenarios for accuracy, risk analysis, and legal judgment.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related model performance.
• Give clear, actionable feedback that improves AI outputs and contract-review workflows.
• Refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven legal review solutions.
• Work with product and research teams on legal AI evaluation projects.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role. The work requires strong experience with technology transactions and the ability to explain legal judgment clearly to AI systems and cross-disciplinary teams.

• Pay: $85 to $105 per hour.
• Schedule: Part time.

• Language: Fluent in English.
• Experience: At least three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Contract knowledge: Hands-on experience negotiating master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and data processing agreements.
• Core skills: Contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining, plus strong written and verbal communication.
• Judgment: Careful attention to detail, strong analysis, and the ability to turn legal expertise into clear feedback for AI systems.
• Collaboration: Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Helpful background: Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives; corporate law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions or private-equity fund formation.
