The work

You will help train and evaluate legal AI systems using realistic technology transactions work. The role focuses on contract drafting, review, negotiation, redlining, and careful assessment of model responses.

You will turn practical legal judgment into clear feedback that helps AI systems handle contract language, risk, and revision decisions more accurately.

• Perform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises for commercial technology contracts.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios for accuracy, legal risk analysis, and precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related model tasks.
• Improve legal-review data, guidelines, and best practices for AI contract solutions.
• Apply consistent judgment when deciding which contract issues need revision or escalation.

What it pays and takes

Compensation is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications. The average handling time is about 3.5 hours per task.

• Pay: $90 to $130 USD per hour.
• Work type: Part-time contract work with a requirement of 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: remote, open to applicants in the United States.
• Language: English.
• Experience: At least three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Contract skills: Hands-on experience negotiating and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Core strengths: Strong written and verbal communication, close attention to detail, and clear legal analysis.
• Collaboration: Experience working across legal, product, or research functions.
• Helpful background: Experience with artificial intelligence, legal technology, or training initiatives.
