The work
You will review commercial agreements using established playbooks and company policy positions. Your work will help improve how AI systems interpret, reason about, and respond to real-world legal documents.
You will explain the reasoning behind proposed revisions in clear, actionable written analyses. You will also work with other contributors to keep contract standards and interpretations consistent.
- Review and redline MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and similar commercial agreements.
- Identify legal risks, negotiation priorities, and acceptable fallback positions.
- Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions knowledge.
- Explain redlines and revisions in clear written analysis.
- Work independently while maintaining accuracy, careful attention to detail, and strong legal writing quality.

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for attorneys based in the United States. English is the required working language.
