The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Contract Negotiation Playbook Counsel to support AI training focused on contract negotiation playbooks. You will apply real-world corporate legal experience to create, review, and refine materials drawn from diverse business scenarios and company requirements.

What You'll Do

You will turn practical contract negotiation and management expertise into clear, precise materials that can support AI training and evaluation.   • Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks using diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.
  • Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements for clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Provide expert commentary on contract management best practices and negotiation strategies.
  • Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials for the project's documentation objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize contract templates to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with the project team so materials meet guidelines and AI-training needs.
  • Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to improve system understanding and output.

Requirements
