The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Competitive Programming AI Training Expert to create custom reinforcement learning environments for evaluating an AI model's ability to solve complex competitive programming problems. You will design original challenges, develop reference solutions and robust test suites, and implement checkers for problems with multiple valid outputs.

This is a part-time contractor role requiring 20+ hours per week. The listed rate is $45-$65 per hour, and the role requires English communication. It is available to applicants in the countries designated in the application.

What You'll Do

You will build the problem and evaluation infrastructure needed to test AI-generated programming solutions. The work combines creative problem design, advanced C++ development, rigorous validation, and clear technical documentation.

• Design and implement unique competitive programming problems not found on existing online judges.
• Create reference solutions and comprehensive test suites for AI model submissions.
• Develop robust C++ checkers for problems with multiple valid outputs.
