The role

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Operations Expert to create, review, and evaluate commercial operating scenarios for frontier AI training work. In this role you will transform incomplete financial and sales inputs into clear priorities, owners, deadlines, and executable recovery or growth actions.

Work will involve document-based scenario analysis and executive communications; tasks map to evaluation/rating and text-generation style activities tied to commercial planning documents.

What you'll do

• Review commercial scenarios and decision frameworks for AI training work.
• Assess revenue forecasts, planning assumptions, and turnaround actions.
• Support quarterly business reviews and manager performance reviews.
• Produce clear, executive-ready recommendations and decision memos.
• Challenge forecast assumptions, hold stakeholders accountable, and assign owners and deadlines.

Requirements

You must have deep experience running revenue or commercial operations and comfort operating across finance, sales, and operations. The role requires strong written communication for senior audiences and the ability to turn ambiguous inputs into firm operating decisions.

• 6+ years in revenue operations, commercial strategy, sales planning, or business operations.
• Experience leading annual planning cycles and quarterly business reviews.
• Proven ability to challenge revenue forecasts and assumptions with sound commercial judgment.
• Familiarity with ad-supported media, digital publishing, podcast/video networks, creator businesses, or ad-supported marketplaces.
• Clear executive-level written communication and presentation skills.

Helpful background

• Experience with commercial recovery or turnaround actions.
• Track record operating across finance, sales, and operations functions.
• Comfort presenting recommendations to senior business leaders.

Logistics: pay, hours, location, and contract

This is a contract, part-time role requiring 20+ hours per week. Pay is hourly at USD 150. Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom and fluent in English. Employment types: Contractor, Part Time.
