About AI Training Work

AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People with real-world expertise answer questions, review model responses, identify errors, and provide structured feedback so AI systems become more accurate, safe, and useful.

In this role, your clinical judgment helps evaluate safety-critical medication and clinical decision-support content. Your reviews can shape how AI handles patient context, evidence, medication access decisions, and clinical guidance.

  • Review and improve AI-generated text responses.
  • Apply detailed rubrics and annotation guidelines consistently.
  • Help identify safety concerns and areas where AI needs stronger evidence or clearer reasoning.

The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist AI Response Reviewer to support the improvement of clinical AI systems used in prior authorization workflows. You will answer medication-related clinical questions and evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, clarity, completeness, evidence support, and project quality standards.

The work focuses on pharmacy expertise, medication access decisions, and safety-critical review of clinical decision-support content. The position is listed as entry level, but an active US pharmacist license and PharmD or equivalent qualification are required.

What You'll Do

You will use patient context, source materials, and labeling guidelines to answer medication-related clinical questions and assess the quality of AI-generated answers. Reviews must be careful, evidence-based, and aligned with project standards.

You will also correct inaccurate or incomplete responses, document your reasoning through structured annotations, and provide written feedback. When the available information is not sufficient for a safe conclusion, you will identify the issue and escalate it appropriately.
