The Clinical AI Pharmacy Technician Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Clinical AI Pharmacy Technician to review medication-related clinical content and evaluate AI-generated responses used in prior authorization workflows. You will apply pharmacy expertise to assess accuracy, safety, clarity, completeness, and evidence support.

The work covers medication history, prior authorization requirements, medication indications, dosing information, contraindications, drug interactions, supporting clinical documentation, and pharmacy workflows. Strong performance requires accurate, evidence-based annotations, reliable throughput, consistent quality, and clear identification of ambiguous or safety-critical cases.

What You'll Do

You will answer medication-related clinical questions using patient context, source materials, and labeling guidelines. You will also review and improve AI-generated responses through structured annotation and written feedback.

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete responses
  • Provide structured annotations and written feedback

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Certified Pharmacy Technician credential or have equivalent pharmacy technician experience. Hands-on knowledge of medications, prescriptions, pharmacy operations, and prior authorization workflows is required.

You should also be comfortable applying medication safety judgment and following structured evaluation guidelines. Excellent written communication and close attention to detail are important for producing dependable clinical annotations.

Helpful Experience
