The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an accounting expert to write original multiple-choice questions for an AI evaluation dataset focused on Taiwanese and Hong Kong accounting, auditing, and tax. You will draw on your professional experience to create exam-style questions in written Traditional Chinese.
The work is fully remote, independent, and self-paced within the required weekly commitment. The role is listed as entry level, while requiring advanced academic preparation and relevant professional experience.

What You’ll Do
You will produce high-quality questions that accurately reflect real-world accounting practices in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Each item should be carefully constructed so that the answer choices are plausible and the solution clearly demonstrates the correct reasoning.
Write original exam-style multiple-choice questions
Provide ten plausible answer options for each question
Create a thorough worked solution for every item
Cover Taiwanese and Hong Kong accounting, auditing, and tax topics
Ensure questions are accurate, fair, and professionally relevant
Work independently and manage your output within the weekly commitment
Requirements
This project requires strong subject-matter expertise and familiarity with local professional practices. You should be able to write precisely in Traditional Chinese and apply your knowledge to challenging, exam-style evaluation content.
Master’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or business
At least two years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or tax
Native-level proficiency in written Traditional Chinese

Ability to draft questions with ten answer options and a worked solution
Familiarity with Taiwanese or Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations
Preferred Background
Prior experience writing exam questions or contributing to AI training datasets is helpful, though the core requirements are your accounting expertise, Traditional Chinese writing ability, and familiarity with the Taiwanese or Hong Kong context.
Experience developing professional or academic assessment questions
