The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Chinese Mandarin Transcription Expert for an audio project involving Mandarin and English recordings. You will produce accurate, verbatim transcripts and add project-required annotations or contextual notes. No prior AI experience is required, but professional transcription experience and strong Mandarin language skills are expected.

This is an entry-level AI training opportunity for a part-time contractor working worldwide. The role requires 20 or more hours per week and pays $20-$30 per hour.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

The strongest candidates combine native or bilingual Mandarin proficiency with advanced listening and comprehension skills in Mandarin and English. You should be able to work independently, manage remote deliverables, and maintain a high standard of accuracy across every transcript.
