Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Clinician (MD or PhD)

You will help improve AI systems that handle sensitive mental health topics involving child and adolescent abuse survivors. The work uses your clinical judgment to make training content accurate, ethical, trauma-informed, and safe.

• Analyze case-based scenarios about the complexities of youth abuse victimization.
• Review and assess AI-generated mental health guidance related to abuse cases.
• Give feedback on model responses from clinical and ethical perspectives.
• Develop and organize content on trauma-informed care for child and adolescent abuse survivors.
• Identify gaps and inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.
• Work with people from different professional fields to reflect current mental health care standards.
• Take part in repeated review cycles to improve training data quality.
• Document recommendations that improve system sensitivity, accuracy, and safety.

What It Pays And Takes

This part-time contractor role requires substantial clinical expertise in work with children and adolescents affected by abuse. You must be actively engaged in this field and spend most of your working time supporting abuse victims.

• Pay: $100 to $200 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Location: remote, open to applicants in the United States.
• Education: Completed MD, PhD in psychology, or PhD in social work.
• Experience: Extensive clinical experience working with youth who are victims of abuse, with a primary or exclusive focus in this area.
