The Work

You will support AI training work focused on child safeguarding risk assessment. You will review complex adolescent cases and write clear, defensible guidance that non-specialists can understand and use.

The work includes applying recognised safeguarding and risk-assessment frameworks, judging urgency and intervention options, identifying grooming, coercion, and exploitation indicators, and recommending protective actions and escalation pathways. You will also assess when mandatory reporting may be warranted, use trauma-informed judgment, and benchmark your assessments against peer standards and established protocols.

  • Review adolescent cases for sexual safety, child sexual exploitation, and abuse risks.
  • Write structured safeguarding guidance and clear feedback for non-specialists.
  • Assess adolescent development, capacity, consent, urgency, and possible interventions.
  • Identify grooming, coercion, and exploitation indicators.
  • Recommend protective actions, escalation pathways, and possible mandatory reporting.
  • Apply project guidelines consistently and maintain careful documentation.
