Requirements
Applicants should bring substantial real-world knowledge of CAD engineering, simulation workflows, and at least one electrical engineering specialization. At least 10 years of CAD engineering and simulation-focused experience
Practical proficiency with a relevant engineering simulation or CAD tool
Expertise in at least one electrical engineering area, such as circuit analysis, power systems, controls, or electronics design
Relevant professional, academic, or subject-matter expertise in CAD modeling and engineering simulation workflows
Fluency in English
Strong written communication and careful attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed project instructions and apply rubrics consistently
Ability to work independently on remote contractor tasks
