The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting an expert Business Strategy / Management AI Evaluator to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for domain accuracy, analytical rigor, and presentation quality.

You will assess outputs against detailed rubrics, identify factual and aesthetic issues, and write clear, actionable feedback that helps improve model responses. This is a remote, hourly contractor role offered part-time (20+ hours/week).

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated business strategy and management deliverables including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Grade outputs against domain-specific rubrics and scoring criteria.
• Identify factual errors, analytical weaknesses, and presentation issues (structure, visuals, clarity).
• Write concise, structured feedback tied to the evaluation criteria to guide model improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business strategy or management.
• Native or professional English fluency and strong written communication skills.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated business strategy, management documents, spreadsheets, or slide decks.
• Strong judgment on accuracy, analytical rigor, and presentation quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Availability for 20+ hours per week in a contractor, part-time arrangement.

Helpful Background

An advanced degree from a reputable institution or prior experience producing client-facing strategy deliverables is a plus but not required.

Pay, Schedule, and How Work Is Assigned

Compensation is hourly, paid in USD at a range of $80–$120 per hour depending on experience and assignment complexity.

This role is remote and contract-based; you will be engaged part-time with a typical expectation of 20+ hours per week. Tasks will focus on document, spreadsheet, and slide evaluation and written feedback.
