The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Business Immigration AI Reviewer for a blinded human-preference study supporting legal AI training. You will assess realistic immigration-law materials and AI-generated legal deliverables related to L-1B blanket consular processing packets.
The work requires a strong understanding of the specialised knowledge standard and blanket L eligibility. You will use holistic expert judgment to determine which legal work products are most correct, complete, useful, and professionally sound.

What You'll Do
You will review a synthetic legal matter and its underlying documents, then evaluate six blinded AI deliverables prepared for that matter. You will compare the deliverables with a common comparator output and document your expert preferences.
Each preference must be supported by a short, specific rationale. You will follow written project instructions and protect all project materials under the applicable confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications
This engagement is intended for a qualified lawyer with substantive business immigration practice experience. You must have experience reviewing L-1B blanket consular processing packets and a strong understanding of the specialised knowledge standard and blanket L eligibility.
You should also be able to assess legal work product holistically, identify meaningful differences between alternative analyses, and explain your judgments in precise written English.
