The Business Document Expert Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking an experienced business professional with advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. You will create realistic business challenges based on professional experience and evaluate how AI handles complex workplace tasks.

The project is expected to run for 3 to 6 months. This is a contractor opportunity with an hourly rate of $35–$50, depending on the applicable project terms.

What You'll Do

You will design challenging, realistic business scenarios and assess AI-generated work products. Assignments may reflect professional environments in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, operations, sales, marketing, and human resources.

• Build Excel financial models, analyses, reports, forecasts, dashboards, and data-driven business scenarios
• Create PowerPoint assignments involving strategy, business reviews, executive reporting, and stakeholder presentations
• Develop Word-based reports, strategic proposals, business plans, analyses, and other professional documentation
• Interact with AI models and compare their responses
• Identify errors, weaknesses, and areas where AI output can be improved
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback on model performance
• Create tasks inspired by realistic business and enterprise environments

Requirements

This expert-level opportunity is designed for professionals who can draw on substantial business experience and explain their reasoning clearly. You should be comfortable producing polished business materials and evaluating the quality of complex work.

• At least 3 years of professional business experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience creating complex models, reports, presentations, or analyses
• Background in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, or a related field
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to explain your reasoning and provide actionable feedback
• Fluent English proficiency

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a large enterprise or Fortune 500 environment is highly valuable. Familiarity with AI tools or prompt engineering is helpful, but it is not required.
