The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a PowerPoint business document specialist to create realistic workplace tasks involving PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. You will collaborate with a large language model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, with particular emphasis on professional .pptx presentations.

The work includes comparing two model-generated deliverables for each task turn and selecting the stronger result based on quality. You will also provide structured feedback through four-turn exchanges covering preferences, observations, recommendations, and other useful guidance.

What You'll Do

• Design complex business tasks that reflect real professional workflows in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Create realistic scenarios for executive presentations, reporting, analysis, and proposals.
• Collaborate with an LLM to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files.
• Focus on creating and reviewing professional .pptx presentation materials.
• Compare two model-generated deliverables for each task turn and choose the stronger response.
• Build prompts and scenarios that would normally require substantial business judgment and multiple hours of effort without AI assistance.
• Participate in structured four-turn exchanges that capture feedback, preferences, observations, and recommendations.
• Support cross-functional business use cases across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing.

Requirements

This role requires advanced PowerPoint ability alongside strong Excel and Word experience in professional document workflows. You should be able to design credible business scenarios, assess the quality of workplace documents, and communicate feedback that is specific, clear, and actionable.

Prior experience with large language models or AI-powered tools is highly desirable. A background in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, or human resources is a strong fit.
