The Role
We are recruiting Business Account Raters to evaluate personalized AI responses for professional users. You will judge whether AI replies are relevant, accurate, helpful, and properly personalized to a business inbox and account activity.
This is a contractor, part-time position that requires working remotely. Typical commitment is at least 4 hours per day, with a target of 20+ hours per week and the option to work up to 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do
You will use a professional Google Workspace Gmail account and associated account activity to evaluate AI-generated replies and provide structured feedback that helps improve model behavior.
Assess AI-generated responses against business email history and professional account activity
Compare multiple AI responses and select which provides the better user experience
Identify incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, and irrelevant recommendations
Write clear, structured evaluation feedback to improve model quality
Follow project guidelines to keep evaluations consistent, accurate, and high quality
Requirements
You must meet every substantive requirement listed here. We do not substitute or waive these requirements.
Native-level proficiency in German, Japanese, Korean, or French (one of these four languages required)
Active Google Workspace corporate Gmail account used for professional communication
A well-established business inbox with roughly 1,000 or more emails and regular activity
Gmail display language set to the target project language
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written communication
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
Reside in the United States
Helpful Background
The following experience is preferred but not strictly required for consideration. Candidates with this background often succeed more quickly in the role.
Experience evaluating AI responses, doing data annotation, content review, or quality assurance
Comfort judging relevance, accuracy, tone, and personalization in written responses
Experience writing concise, evidence-based feedback to support model improvements
