Vietnamese-Speaking Psychologist AI Trainer

You will help improve AI systems that work with psychological content. The work combines psychology expertise, careful review, and clear interpretation across Vietnamese and English.

You will apply professional judgment to improve accuracy, ethics, cultural sensitivity, and alignment with psychological best practices.

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, then provide detailed feedback based on professional experience.
• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Vietnamese and English for data enrichment and AI model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical concerns, and professional alignment.
• Refine psychological assessments across Vietnamese and English while preserving meaning and cultural context.
• Document evaluation processes and findings clearly to support transparency and reproducibility.
• Work with contributors from different fields on solutions for diverse user needs.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a part-time contractor role with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. The work is open to candidates located in the countries listed below.

• Pay: $100-$200 USD per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.

• Education: PhD in Psychology.
• Professional background: Experience in both clinical and academic psychology settings.
• Languages: Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terms in both languages.
• Assessment experience: Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Core skills: Strong analysis, critical thinking, ethical decision-making, communication, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in multicultural settings.
• Tools: Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
• Helpful background: Patient treatment experience, an active clinical license, relevant psychological research publications, or experience with AI and technology.
