About AI Safety Evaluation
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors write examples, review model responses, classify content, and provide careful feedback that helps AI systems behave more reliably.
Safety evaluators focus on how models handle sensitive or potentially harmful topics. Their linguistic and cultural judgment helps identify unclear, adversarial, escalating, or dual-use language in real-world conversations.
Remote work using a computer and internet connection
Flexible part-time scheduling of less than 20 hours per week
An opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI development
