You will create realistic coding problems for AI training. These tasks test whether models can fix bugs, add features, refactor code, and improve performance.
You will also build reproducible environments, deterministic verifiers, and reference solutions. The work includes reviewing technical submissions and documenting the reasoning behind solutions.
- Create coding tasks for feature implementation, bug fixing, refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Build reproducible reinforcement learning environments for coding evaluation.
- Write deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions and reject incorrect ones.
- Produce reference solutions for each coding problem.
- Analyze complex defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Improve large or legacy codebases with scalable, maintainable features.
- Document technical reasoning and solution approaches for AI training data.
- Review technical submissions for accuracy and clarity.
What it pays and takes
This is an entry-level, part-time contractor role focused on backend software engineering and AI coding evaluation. Previous AI experience is not required.
- $50 to $100 per hour equivalent, paid per task that meets project specifications.
