You will correct transcript text, align word and segment timing boundaries with millisecond precision, and apply detailed style conventions consistently.

What You'll Do

You will edit transcript text and timing together in a specialized web-based audio tool. The work combines transcription accuracy, fine-grained audio timing, and consistent application of precise rules across substantial volumes of tasks.

• Review and correct word-level transcripts for spelling, grammar, formatting, and accuracy
• Align transcript words and segments to spoken audio at the millisecond level
• Apply transcription style guides and rule-based conventions consistently
• Handle accents, dialects, mumbled speech, overlapping speakers, filler words, and false starts
• Use judgment when reviewing background noise and unclear audio
• Maintain reliable quality and meet task deadlines

Required Skills

You should have native or near-native English listening comprehension, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish subtle differences in speech.
