The Role
OpenTrain is seeking detail-oriented and analytical AI Training Specialists to support artificial intelligence evaluation and model quality projects. You will review information, evaluate AI-generated content, annotate data, complete research tasks, and provide structured feedback according to detailed project guidelines.

What You'll Do
Your work will contribute to the evaluation, quality assurance, and improvement of AI models across a variety of topics and challenging tasks. You will be expected to apply project instructions carefully and maintain reliable standards across assigned work.
Review, analyze, and evaluate different types of information and content

Requirements
No previous AI or data annotation experience is required. The strongest candidates will be thoughtful, organized, comfortable analyzing information from multiple perspectives, and able to follow detailed instructions independently.
