The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Dutch-language AI Training Analyst for analytical content evaluation and model improvement tasks. You will work with large language models by answering complex questions, summarizing research, validating claims, and creating scenarios that challenge current model reasoning.
The role requires strong analytical ability and professional fluency in both Dutch and English. It is offered as a remote contractor and part-time opportunity, with expected availability of at least 20 hours per week and the ability to work up to 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do
You will evaluate written content and model outputs across analytical topics. Your work will combine research, structured reasoning, language skills, and clear written explanations.
The tasks are designed to help models learn from accurate examples and constructive human feedback. Careful annotations and well-supported answers will be central to improving model performance.
Read, summarize, and divide large content into smaller logical blocks
Conduct online research to validate claims in written content
Solve analytical puzzles with large language models
Create scenarios that challenge model reasoning
Provide detailed annotations, feedback, and correct answers with explanations
Answer questions involving data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic
Requirements
Applicants must have native or bilingual fluency in Dutch and English, along with the ability to understand, assess, and explain complex written material. Strong research skills and attention to detail are important for validating claims and producing dependable annotations.
You should also be comfortable working independently in a remote setting and communicating constructively with collaborators. The role requires a desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
