The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting an AI Editorial Quality Reviewer to assess AI-generated writing against professional newsroom standards. You will evaluate clarity, factual accuracy, tone, structure, and style; write reference pieces that demonstrate excellent output; and help establish standards for improving AI-generated content.

Evaluate AI-generated writing for clarity, accuracy, tone, structure, and style.
Assess factual accuracy, organization, tone, and overall editorial quality.
Write and edit reference pieces that set a high standard for model-generated content.
Provide detailed editorial feedback on AI-generated writing.
Produce rewrites when content needs improvement.
Apply professional newsroom standards consistently.

Requirements
Applicants should have professional experience in journalism, writing, or editing and exceptional command of written English. The role calls for strong copyediting judgment and the ability to evaluate and explain editorial decisions with precision.
You must have at least one year of experience as an editor, writer, or journalist at a reputable publication, including at least some experience within the past seven years. You must also hold an undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university and reside in an English-speaking country.
