The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Kashmiri AI Data Contributor to support a PDF collection project for AI training. You will source legally usable, publicly available documents in Kashmiri, verify relevant licensing requirements, upload the documents, and record basic descriptive information for each one.

This is a fully remote independent contractor role with flexible scheduling. The pay rate is $10 per hour, and the experience level is intermediate.

What You'll Do

You will collect and organize Kashmiri-language PDF documents for use in AI training research. Careful attention to public availability, licensing, and descriptive information will be important throughout the process.

• Verify open-source or public-domain licensing requirements
• Upload collected documents to the research platform
• Provide basic descriptive information for each document

Requirements

Applicants should have excellent Kashmiri reading and writing skills, along with strong communication and research abilities. You should be comfortable identifying publicly available content, following guidelines, and working independently.
