The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking an AI Consulting and Model Evaluation Expert to assess and improve AI-generated outputs using strong business judgment, structured analysis, and professional writing. You will review responses and professional documents, check factual reliability, and provide recommendations that improve content quality and suitability for real-world business use.
This is a part-time contractor opportunity listed at the entry level for AI training work, with a requirement for at least three years of relevant strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or analytically rigorous operations experience.

What You'll Do
You will combine business expertise, critical reasoning, and careful writing to evaluate model performance. Your work will involve both generating and reviewing content, applying rubrics, researching facts, and explaining how AI outputs can be improved.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives
Author, review, and improve technical documentation, strategy reports, market analyses, business cases, and executive summaries
Develop and refine prompts for large language models
Perform content review, quality assurance, and rubric-based assessment
Annotate data and interpret findings
Fact-check content and identify reliability issues
Provide actionable written feedback on model performance
Required Qualifications
The role calls for demonstrated experience producing rigorous analysis and polished business communications. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
At least three years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or analytically rigorous operations
Professional writing and business communication experience for senior audiences
Experience creating or reviewing client presentations, recommendation memos, or market analyses using structured methodologies
Careful attention to detail and strong quality assurance, fact-checking, editing, and business or technical editing judgment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Helpful Background
Advanced degrees and comparable achievements from rigorous academic programs are valued. Previous AI experience is not required; the focus is on applying proven domain expertise to careful evaluation and improvement of AI-generated content.
Master's degree, JD, MBA, or PhD
Experience authoring prompts for large language models
Familiarity with AI output evaluation or data annotation
Experience with fact-checking and rubric-based review
Background creating high-quality business documents for senior decision-makers
