The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an AI consulting and model evaluation expert to assess and improve AI-generated outputs using strong business judgment, structured analysis, and professional writing. You will review professional documents and model responses, check factual reliability, and provide recommendations that improve content quality and business suitability.

What You’ll Do

You will evaluate AI-generated business content against clear standards for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and alignment with business objectives. You will also create and improve written materials and prompts that help test and refine large language models.

Your work will combine content review, quality assurance, research, fact-checking, annotation, and written feedback. Assignments may involve reviewing or improving technical documentation, strategy reports, market analyses, business cases, executive summaries, recommendation memos, and client presentations.

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses for accuracy and clarity
• Assess whether outputs align with business objectives
• Author, review, and improve technical and business documents
• Develop and refine prompts for large language models
• Perform rubric-based content review and quality assurance
• Annotate data and interpret findings

Requirements

Applicants should bring at least three years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or analytically rigorous operations work. You should be comfortable producing or reviewing professional documents for senior audiences and applying structured methods to complex business questions.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required. Prior AI experience is not required, provided you can apply demonstrated domain expertise to careful evaluation and improvement of AI-generated content.

• At least three years of relevant strategy, consulting, transformation, or operations experience
• Professional writing, business communication, and report creation experience
• Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and logical reasoning
• Independent research and structured problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and sound quality assurance judgment
• Technical or business editing ability
• Experience creating client presentations, recommendation memos, or market analyses
