The Work

- Evaluate First Article Inspections under AS9102 against regulatory and customer requirements.
- Assess cosmetic defects in manufacturing and assembly work, and document whether findings should be accepted or rejected.
- Conduct virtual surveys and provide input on hull and marine structures using supplied documentation and data.
- Analyze web and line inspection information to identify quality trends and support source-inspection recommendations.
- Apply DCMA protocols and FAR Part 46 requirements to simulated Government Source Inspection scenarios.
- Deliver concise feedback on inspection findings and produce reports and datasets that record expert judgments.
