OpenTrain is recruiting a Senior Accounting and Audit AI Training Expert to apply accounting and audit knowledge to frontier AI model development. You will work with research specialists to evaluate model reasoning, create reference-quality solutions, and develop challenging benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

This role requires substantial professional accounting or audit experience and a current credential. You should also be comfortable evaluating large language model responses and distinguishing well-reasoned answers from plausible-sounding but incorrect ones.

• Active CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, or CMA credential
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Four or more years of substantive accounting or audit experience at a recognized institution
• Specialization in at least one area such as US GAAP, IFRS, external audit, internal audit, tax, or forensic accounting
• Hands-on experience with large language models
• Excellent written communication skills
• Availability for the required weekly commitment and initial six-month engagement
• Residence in the Bay Area, California, with availability to work on-site multiple days per week
