The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Vietnamese AI Safety Evaluator to assess how advanced AI models handle sensitive subjects in Vietnamese. You will create evaluation prompts and review model-related conversations with attention to safety, cultural nuance, and dual-use information.

Requirements
This role requires native or near-native Vietnamese fluency for nuanced safety and cultural judgments, along with business-level written English for clear evaluation notes. You should be comfortable following detailed instructions and applying evaluation standards consistently.
A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress, is required. Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content is helpful but not required.
Native or near-native Vietnamese fluency
Business-level written English
Strong written reasoning and careful attention to detail
Ability to write sensitive-topic prompts in Vietnamese
Skill in classifying conversations against structured guidelines
Sound judgment when reviewing sensitive and dual-use information
