The role

We are hiring a Video Content Data Labeling Associate to support video annotation projects using short first-person POV household-task videos. You will review source footage, label visual elements, evaluate model outputs, and write clear feedback that improves model behavior.

This is a remote contractor, part-time role. The work focuses on video data with classification and tracking labels and requires careful visual review and consistent application of project rubrics.

What you'll do day-to-day

• Classify source video clips according to detailed project categories and labels.
• Track objects and events across frames, applying consistent frame-level labels.
• Review model outputs and compare them to source material and project guidelines.
• Write concise, actionable explanations of your quality judgments so feedback can improve model behavior.
• Maintain consistency and high quality across repeated review tasks and multiple video assignments.

Requirements

You do not need prior AI training experience unless stated elsewhere on this job page; strong real-world knowledge of video annotation work and the ability to apply rubrics precisely are essential.

• Relevant professional, academic, or language expertise in video annotation or related visual-review work.
• Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.
• Exceptional visual discrimination and attention to subtle frame-level changes.
• Ability to follow complex annotation instructions and apply rubrics consistently.
• Experience with web-based video tools (playback controls, frame stepping, timestamps).
• Comfort working independently as a remote contractor and reliably maintaining quality across assignments.
• Strong focus and tolerance for repetitive, detail-oriented annotation work.
