The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking English-speaking participants in the Philippines who understand U.S. culture, enjoy books, and are comfortable discussing their reading preferences. You do not need a specific educational background, but you should have a genuine interest in reading and U.S. literature.
You will complete three AI-driven conversations about favorite authors, genres, and must-read books. Each conversation will last approximately 20 to 30 minutes, followed by feedback about the experience and the AI-generated recommendations.

What You'll Do
You will discuss your general reading habits and share specific perspectives on U.S. books, authors, and literary works you have read or found memorable. The conversations are designed to understand what appeals to you about particular stories, writers, genres, or themes.
You will also provide feedback on AI-generated reading suggestions. Strong responses should explain your opinions clearly and offer constructive criticism or praise when appropriate.
Describe your favorite genres, authors, and recent or memorable books
Discuss U.S. authors, novels, and other U.S.-based literary works
Explain the themes, styles, or qualities that appeal to you
Compare U.S. literature with non-U.S. books you have read

Requirements
This is an entry-level opportunity. No specific educational background is required. You should be able to communicate comfortably in English, discuss books in detail, and provide thoughtful feedback on reading recommendations.
Applicants should be available to complete three 20 to 30 minute chat sessions within the required timeframe. Scheduling details will be confirmed during the screening process.

Screening Conversation
The screening interview will explore your English fluency, interest in reading, familiarity with U.S. culture and literature, and availability. You may be asked about authors or books you enjoy, what makes certain works memorable, and how you approach giving feedback on recommendations.
The interviewer will also confirm your availability for the three sessions, explain the project, answer final questions, and outline the next steps after reviewing your responses.
