The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Turkish Language LLM Data Analyst to support multilingual AI training work. You will analyze Turkish content, answer analytical questions, and create reasoning scenarios that help language models improve through structured human expertise, accurate explanations, and clear feedback.

Prior specialized domain experience is not required. Experience in writing, research, editing, translation, language work, or analysis can be helpful, but this opportunity is designed for entry-level contributors with strong reasoning and communication skills.

What You'll Do

You will turn complex Turkish material into organized, accurate training content. The work combines language analysis, online research, structured problem solving, and detailed written feedback. You will need to follow project guidance consistently while maintaining clear, accurate work across repeated tasks.

• Read, summarize, and organize complex Turkish content into logical sections
• Research information online and validate claims
• Answer questions involving data interpretation, logical reasoning, basic arithmetic, and structured problem solving
• Create training scenarios and provide correct answers with clear explanations
• Record detailed annotations and constructive feedback
• Apply project guidance consistently across tasks

Requirements

You must be fluent in both Turkish and English and able to communicate professional conclusions clearly in writing. Strong analytical judgment, careful attention to detail, and the ability to explain reasoning are central to this role.

• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Strong research, analytical, critical-thinking, and creative-thinking abilities
• Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to summarize and structure complex Turkish content accurately
• Ability to explain answers and provide constructive model feedback
• Careful attention to detail when creating annotations
• Self-motivation, sound independent judgment, and effective remote-work habits
• Professional communication in both Turkish and English

Helpful Experience and Tools
