The work

You will use practical travel knowledge to help improve how AI systems plan trips, handle bookings, support customers, and discuss sales. Your feedback will show whether AI responses meet real travel-industry standards.

You will review travel queries, itineraries, booking situations, customer service replies, and sales strategies. You will also create realistic scenarios, explain what works or needs improvement, and join written and verbal discussions to clarify requirements.

• Give scenario-based feedback on travel planning, booking, customer interactions, and industry practices.
• Review AI-generated content for reading comprehension, quality, clarity, professionalism, and travel relevance.
• Assess itineraries, travel queries, sales strategies, and upselling approaches against professional standards.
• Create booking and negotiation situations for different customer types and destinations.
• Recommend improvements and provide clear, constructive, actionable feedback.
• Use sound judgment when handling varied requests, conflicts, complex itineraries, and process improvements.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor engagement. The role is listed as entry level, but the requirements call for substantial professional travel experience. Prior AI training experience is not required.

• Pay: $20-$35 USD per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
