The Technical Expert Interviewer Role
OpenTrain is hiring a Technical Expert Interviewer for an AI model training and evaluation engagement. You will conduct structured conversations with experts in GPU kernel development, security and vulnerability research, and machine learning compiler or accelerator systems.
The role combines technical assessment, evidence-based judgment, and concise written evaluation. The listed experience level is entry level, while prior recruiting, interviewing, or technical-vetting experience is required.
Fully remote contract role for candidates in the United States

What You’ll Do
You will use a provided rubric to assess technical depth, communication, and alignment with evaluation criteria. Each evaluation should be consistent, timely, and grounded in specific evidence from the conversation.
