The Role
As a Technical Content Writer, you will create accurate, well-structured documentation and written deliverables while analyzing public datasets to answer analytical questions and derive business insights. You will translate findings into concise narratives and recommendations.
The assignment requires at least 4 hours per day and 20 hours per week, including 4 hours of overlap with PST. The expected contract duration is 3 months, with the duration adjustable based on the engagement. Compensation is not disclosed.

What You'll Do
You will combine technical communication, data exploration, and reproducible analysis to produce deliverables that are clear, accurate, and easy to trace. Collaboration with researchers and stakeholders is an important part of refining insights and final outputs.
Produce accurate, structured technical documentation and written deliverables
Analyze public datasets to answer analytical questions and identify business insights
Use Python for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis
Interpret JSON-based data and organize accurate outputs
Explain reasoning and logic in notebooks or other suitable formats
Document methods, assumptions, and findings for traceability
Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights and deliverables
Requirements
Applicants should have at least three years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer. Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the stated degree requirement.
Practical experience analyzing public datasets and JSON-based data
Working knowledge of Python for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis
Ability to explain analytical reasoning, assumptions, and business conclusions clearly
Familiarity with notebooks, scripting workflows, code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices
Strong analytical judgment, business sense, and attention to detail
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
