About the role
OpenTrain AI is hiring a Talent Assessment Specialist to support hiring operations by reviewing candidate CVs and recorded AI-conducted interviews. You will evaluate qualifications against role requirements, identify inconsistencies or red flags, verify details when needed, and write clear reviewer notes and recommendations that help hiring teams make consistent decisions.
Position type: Contractor, part-time.
Minimum time commitment: 20+ hours per week.
Location: Applicants must be located in Bangladesh (BD).
Pay: $4 USD per hour.
What you'll do day-to-day
You will apply objective, structured evaluation criteria to candidate materials and recorded interviews. Work is a mix of focused review, short research to verify claims, and concise written feedback.
Review CVs and recorded AI-conducted interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
Assess qualifications, skills, seniority, and career progression against job descriptions.
Detect missing information, inconsistencies, suspicious indicators, and other red flags.
Verify candidate information using professional profiles and supporting materials when necessary.
Produce concise reviewer notes, ratings, and clear recommendations that support consistent hiring decisions.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the core requirements below. OpenTrain values careful, impartial reviewers who follow guidelines and communicate clearly.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
Experience: Background in CV screening, recruitment support, interviewing, talent evaluation, or hiring operations.
Skills: Strong analytical and observational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to make objective, fair, and consistent judgments.
Language: Fluent English with excellent written communication.
Equipment: Personal laptop or computer capable of reliably completing evaluation tasks.
Availability: 20+ hours per week (part-time contractor).
Location: Must be based in Bangladesh (BD).
Helpful background and who should apply
