Store Operations Manager for AI Training

Use your knowledge of retail store operations to create training data and assess AI-generated content. You will work independently and asynchronously on AI research projects.

• Create training examples based on store management practices and daily operations.
• Review AI responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Use your judgment on store performance reporting, cash reconciliation, and inventory reconciliation.
• Write clear feedback to help improve how AI handles retail operations.

What it pays and takes

• Pay: Up to $80 per hour.
• Workload: Most contributors work about 5–20 hours per week when a project is active; the work is flexible and asynchronous.
• Location: Remote; open to candidates in the United States.
• Language: Strong written communication in English.
• Experience: At least two years in retail store management or an equivalent retail operations role, such as Store Manager, District Manager, or Retail Operations Manager.
• Skills: Hands-on knowledge of store performance reporting, cash reconciliation, and inventory reconciliation; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Prior AI experience is not required. The work may fit alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work, or other employment.
